Social activist Anna Hazare on Monday announced that he would observe an 11-day fast at the feet of Saint Dyaneshwar at Alandi for self-introspection to find the answers to the questions haunting him for some time.Breaking his eight-day maun vrat(silence) before journalists at Ralegaon Siddhi village near Pune, he charged that the "judiciary, too, is being managed now."
