Expressing dissatisfaction over the steps being taken by the authorities to restore the previous glory of the world famous Dal lake, the state high court has directed Srinagar Development Authority to rehabilitate the families living in and around the lake to other places, thus reducing the supply of sewerage and human excreta into the lake.
