Putting a stop to the "pick and choose" policy adopted by Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) in carrying out demolitions in the city, the Delhi High Court has asked the Corporation to come out with the list of erring properties on its website. The court was visibly annoyed at the manner in which MCD sought to create a "fear psychosis" in the minds of honest citizens in making tall and unverified claims that about 80 percent of properties in Delhi are illegal.
