A division Bench of the Jammu and Kashmir high court has issued a lunad mark judgement ot streamline the traffic system in Jammu and Srinagar and issued instructions to the authorities concerned in this direction.The Bench comprising Chief justice Mr Justice Bashir Ahmad khan and Justice Mr Mansoor Ahmad Mir gave its judgement in the case of Kashmir Consumer Welfare Forum and another versus the Transport Commissioner and others.
