A Division Bench of the Karnataka High Court on Thursday disposed a writ petition filed in public interest seeking inter alia, to restrain the Government from allowing any non-forestry activities in the Kudremukh National Park, by reserving the liberty to the petitioners to file a comprehensive complaint to the Secretary of the Minitry of Environment and Forests over the matter.
