The Division Bench of the Chief Justice, Mr V.S. Sirpurkar and Mr Justice Arun Kumar Mitra of Calcutta High Court today passed an order to issue notice to the Union ministry of environment and forest, asking it to add itself as party to the Ganga Action Plan matter, West Bengal chapter, which was being heard in this High Court.
