The Karnataka High Court has ordered issuance of notice to the State Government and others on a public interest writ petition challenging the legality of the proposed supply of 2.5 million gallons of water a day (MGD) by the Bangalore Water Supply and Sewerage Board (BWSSB) to Toyota Kirloskar Motors Pvt Ltd, Bihadi, Bangalore.
