The Delhi High Court on Friday issued notice to the Centre and Delhi State government on a public interest litigation (PIL) which alleges nearly half a million children are engaged in rag picking. The PIL blames the city government for failing to provide compulsory education to children below the age of 14 and save them from forced labour.
