A Division Bench of the Kerala High Court today ordered notice on a petition moved by the Tranvancore Devaswom Board (TDB) seeking to direct the Central and State Governments to allot forest lands at Sabarimala and Pampa for providing the minimal basic amenities to pilgrims.
