The Delhi High Court on Wednesday directed the Union Ministry of Environment and Forests to apprise it of the proposed measures to check cruelty against animals lodged in mobile zoos across the country. A Division Bench comprising Justice Y K Sabharwal and C K Mahajan asked the Ministry to file an affidavit within a week.
