The Delhi High Court today asked the Delhi Government to file the Action Taken Note on a Comptroller and Auditor-General (CAG) report on alleged violation of guidelines in the distribution of grants to non-governmental organisations and trusts by the then Lt. Governor of Delhi, Mr. P.K. Dave, between April 1993 and May 1994 when he was in office.
