Meanwhile, according to a latest report of the IMD and government, 13 districts have recorded excess rainfall and major reservoirs have been filled to the brim thanks to copious South-West and North East rainfall till date. Srikakulam, East Godavari, West Godavari, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, Krishna, Guntur, Anantapur, Kadapa, Nizamabad, Karimnagar and Khammam received excess rainfall. Prakasam, Nellore, Chittoor, Medak, Warangal, Ranga Reddy and Nalgonda received normal rainfall. Mahbubnagar and Kurnool received deficit rainfall.
