Forests should become a source of livelihood to the poor while forest felling activities of profit seekers should strictly be curbed, said Chief Minister Digvijay Singh while inaugurating a workshop on 'Sustainable forest management in MP and Chhattisgarh through people's participation', in Bhopal.
