The Chief Conservator of Forest, development, in a report, has clearly stated that high technique plantation has been unsuccessful at many places due to careless and ignorant high ranking officers. The report clearly indicated the name of a few senior officers, but no action has been taken so far. In the report, the CCF had said that the Forest Department had taken up the work of high technique plantation since last several years in Madhya Pradesh.
