The Allahabad High Court today directed the Centre and the Uttar Pradesh Governmet to file its counter affidavit on writ petition seeking its directive to the State Government to take action against the people who had committed irregularities in the Taj Expresswat project on the basis of the report of the retired Judge, S. R. Mishra.
