Minister of State for Primary Education Karan Singh has said that the persistent and strenuous effort of Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal has finally borne fruits as the Chief Minister has managed to get Rs 1,720 crore for the State owing to his good rapport with the Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
