Madhya Pradesh Assembly on Wednesdy passed a bill by voice vote pertaining to the participation of farmers in the irrigation management in the State. The minister for Water Resources Department Dr Ramchandra Sindhdeo, came under severe attack from the opposition benches, after he tabled the bill.
