World Vision, a non-governmental Organisation working for the resettlement of slum-dwellers, handed over 221 houses in the Bhalsawa area of North Delhi and Bukara village in Gurgaon today to slum-dwellers who had to be resettled following a "Clean Delhi" drive in the Capital.
