The Himachal Pradesh Government has issued fresh instructions to the Forest Department for the smooth implementation of its decision to transfer the ownership of "trees of spontaneous growth" on private land from the government to landlords and ensure that they did not face any problems in felling such trees under the 10-year felling programme.
