Stepping into the role of a facilitator, the Himachal Pradesh Tourism Department is rolling out a red carpet welcome to entrepreneurs, including big industrial houses and NRIs, to invest in over 100 properties in the state with good tourism potential, as joint ventures with the government or private individuals.
