The Hyderabad urban development authority plans to take up massive afforestation programme in 15,000 hectares of land in and around the twin cities during the next five years. This project is estimated to cost Rs 84 crore and Huda has already approached the government of Netherlands, Japan and the Asian development Bank for financial assistance.
