The use of hydrogen as fuel instead of petrol or diesel can check the rising levels of vehicular pollution to an extent, according to an environmentalist. In his special paper presented in the national seminar on environment awareness through education in the Rugekhand University, Prof. O.N. Srivastava said that scientists of the Kashi Hindu University had succeeded in the use of hydrogen as fuel for vehicles.
