Despite attempts by the Union Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas to restrict the use of compressed natural gas by private vehicles, Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) is continuing to promote the gas as a clean eco-friendly fuel and trying to improve its image in the eyes of the citizens through its campaign at Auto Expo 2002.
