Illegal felling of Sagon trees worth thousands of rupees is being done in Gader valley where the dense forests are being reduced to barren land. The trees lying on the ground are the proof of widespread devastations being carried out in the forest region. The Madhya Pradesh Government is suffering losses worth lakhs of rupees. These trees are being transported to other states overnight.
