The growing menance of air pollution, caused particularly by vehicular emission, in Kathmandu Valley still appears nowhere near solution. The chief reason for such a state is nothing but lack of commitment and cooperation among the different layers of bureaucracy as also lack of commitment in the political leadership. (editorial)
