A day after the Kali Gandaki A (KGA) officials signed the tender for "Lot 7" of the multi-million dollar hydropower project with TATA-Marubeni, the second best bidder slammed the Ministry of Water Resources for its failure to investigate "inconsistencies" in the tender evaluation.
