India and a number of other developing and least developed countries (LDCs) have asked the World Trade Organisation (WTO) to establish a clear roadmap with specific benchmarks to fulfill the mandate on outstanding implementation and special & differential (S&D) issues in a time-bound manner. Countries co-sponsoring the paper include Bangladesh (on behalf of the LDC group), Indonesia, Mauritius (on behalf of the African group) and Trinidad and Tobago (on behalf of the Africa, Caribbean and Pacific (ACP) group).
