India has received for the first time a grant-in-aid for the processing sector under a Montreal Protocol scheme to phase out the use and production of the chlorofluorocarbon(CFC) and other ozone-depleting substances (ODSs) between 1999 and 2010.The phase-out operation for India and other developing countries has commenced from this July.
