The Forest Minister, Mr. Roop Singh Thakur, has said that the second phase of the Indo-German Changer project for boosting forestry and horticulture in Himachal Pradesh will start from next year. The project covers 578 villages under 107 panchayats of Kangra district of the State, he said.
