A Rs 12,000 crore Indo-Norwegian project is being finalised for afforestation, envisaging rehabilitation, development and scientific management of forests in Jammu and Kashmir. Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed discussed this programme with the Norwegian Ambassador Truls Hanevold.
