The private sectors, service organisations, engineering and medical institutions and public sector undertakings should participate in Bangalore's greening programme by adopting parks and beautifying them, said Union Minister for Tourism and Culture Ananth Kumar. He was speaking after laying the foundation stone for the second phase of the development programme of Bugle Rock Park in Basavanagudi here today. The government alone cannot fund such programmes, he said and sought the cooperation of private and public sector undertakings in Bangalore's greening project.
