The Haryana Assembly today witnessed a 'rare' unanimity among all parties on the State's stand towards the inter-State disputes such as the Sutlej Yamuna Link Canal imbroglio and the tone was set by the former Chief Ministes, Mr. Bhajan Lal and Mr. Bansi Lal, which was echoed by other memebrs cutting across partylines.
