Indian Space Research Organisation is building a 500 kg recoverable capsule which will be launched as co-passenger on a Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle during 2004-05. The main objective of the capsule is to carry out micro-gravity experiment in orbit and demonstrate technology of de-boost from orbit for re-entry and recovery from sea, ISRO annual report says.
