The Rural Litigation and Entitlement Kendra (RLEK), a Dehra Dun-based NGO known for innovative approaches to primary and adult education and literacy programmes among tribals and other marginalised groups of Garhwal, has received yet another boost with the Japanese Government agreeing to financially support its project to develop infrastructure for basic education for the girl child of marginalised communities, including the nomadic Van Gujjars of Garhwal.
