Daily wastes thrown into rivers, open grounds. Even after six years of the creation of the State, Jharkhand has no dumping and disposal site, which is leading to an increase in pollution and health problems. In Jharkhand, there are total 22 districts and 46 municipal corporation but none of them have dumping and disposal sites. According to Municipal Solid Waste (Management and headling) Rule 2000, there should be dumping and disposal sites for the waste products.
