In the second sellout within a year, the 520 mw Korba West Power project has changed hands yet again from the Delhi-base Kedias to a foreign consortium of Electrogen Alpha Ltd of US and Korea Heavy Industries Construction Company Ltd of Korea. The RPG group had earlier sold of the coal-based project in Madhya Pradesh to the Kedia group, in the first known sellout of its kind in the power sector.
