The Kerala High Court on Thursday referred petitions filed by soft drink majors - Coca Cola and Pepsico - seeking to quash a state government order banning the manufacture and sale of their products in the state to a division Bench.A single Bench of Justice S Sirirajan referred the two separate petitiions filed by the Hindustan Coca Cola Beverages Ltd and Pepsi India Holdings Private Ltd for the consideration of the division Bench.
