Small farmers and rubber growers from Kerala are getting together with two foreign companies for setting up a 1.14-million radial and bias tyres manufacturing facility. The Kerala State Co-operative Tyre factory, a cooperative society formed by small farmers and rubber growers has promoted a company called Palazhy Tyres Ltd for setting up the project.
