Kerala Tribal Intellectual Property Rights Bill is about to be introduced. This Bill seeks to set up a Tribal Intellectual Property Rights Commission (TIPRC) and a Tribal Medicinal Education and Research Institute to safeguard the traditional medicines of the tribes in the State.
