The Kerala government will soon chalk out a policy package to fully tap the small and mini hydel power potential in the state. The government has already appointed a high level committee which includes experts from Kerala State Electricity board (KSEB) , Energy Management Centre (EMC) , and Planning Board to prepare a master plan for the small and mini hydro power projects potential in the state.
