Centre blocks Rs 1.44 cr for incomplete civil works While approval was given for the sanction of Rs 10.82 crore to implement Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) Scheme in Kodagu district for the academic year 2009-10, the Centre has blocked the release of Rs 1.44 crore since civil works related to school buildings were not completed in time.
