Chief Minister S M Krishna today lashed out at the State Forest Department for displaying lack of interest in taking group tree plantation programmes in Karnataka State. The Forest Department was supposed to sign a Memorandum of Understanding with the State government with respect to planting of these five crore saplings. But the Department has been delaying it for the last one year.
