Talks Between Two Sides To Focus On Oil And Civil Nuclear Cooperation EXTERNAL affairs minister S M Krishna is going on a three-day visit to oil-rich Kazakhstan on Tuesday. The two sides will hold discussions on finalising an agreement on the Satpayev oil block. Cooperation in the hydrocarbon sector and in the field of civilian nuclear energy is on top of the agenda, with a delegation of experts from the petroleum ministry and ONGC Videsh Limited (OVL) and a representative from the Department of Atomic Energy accompanying the minister during the visit.
