Kudankulam project: Apex court issues notice to MoEF, Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board

The Supreme Court told the Centre today that it will not hesitate to stop Kudankulam nuclear power plant if mandatory safety measures are not being been taken care of.
The apex court has issued a notice to the MoEF and the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board on a petition challenging environmental clearance to the project.
