The Byndoor legislator and the Akrama-Sakrama Committee president Gopal Poojari has suffered a major setback with the Kundapur assistant commissioner P Hemalatha staying the sanction of sites in the Kaltodu reserve forest area in Byndoor assembly constituency, (Mangalore), under the Akrama Sakrama scheme.
