Environmental experts and Delhi government feel the installation of Lambada systems to monitor catalytic converters in vehicles coupled with stringent measures to streamline and monitor the pollution testing centres hold key to minimise city's pollution caused due to vehicular emissions. The Supreme Court has already given a six-month time period to the state government to install the Lambada systems at the 400-odd testing centres to to enforce stricter emission norms.
