Paharpur Business Center and Software Technology Incubator Park (PBC-STIP) is struggling to keep land sharks off an environment initiative undertaken by them in the Capital. The green initiative is being poached for the proposed development of a night-bazar, among other things. And to complicate matters further, PBC has to contend with different Government departments seemingly working at cross-purposes. However, PBC's recent tug-of-war with the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) and real estate developers has seen corporates and environment activists speaking up for retaining the city's green cover.
