All plans of the authority on the installation of rain water harvesting (RWH) plants in the city have seen no action so far. According to the Met department, the state capital has witnessed one of the heaviest rainfall in the past three decades this season, good enough to improve the depleting ground water situation here. But the LDA has failed to take any advantage of this.
