Winds of change are sweeping Palwa village in Bastar. The farmers are earning a good amount of money by putting to use non-cultivable Government land that was being encroached upon. If successful the signs of which are already visible the region can become a leader in the production of soil used for medicines, cosmetics and perfumes.
