Delhi Lieutenant Governor Vijai Kapoor launched Municipal Corporation of Delhi's Green Delhi campaign 2001 on Wednesday. Speaking on the occasion he emphasised that the future of Delhi's environment depended on the survival rate of new plantation under-taken by different government and non-government agencies.
